How long will my project take?
Every job is different. A single bathroom or decorating project may run 2–4 weeks, while a full renovation or extension typically takes 8–16 weeks. We provide a clear programme at quotation stage and update you weekly.
What can delay a build?
Weather, delivery hold-ups, hidden structural defects and late client decisions are the usual culprits. We plan contingencies into the schedule and flag risks early so there are no surprises.
What materials do you work with?
We use timber, brick, block, steel, glass, resin, porcelain, natural stone and high-performance composites. We source from trusted merchants and can match specifications from architects or interior designers.
Can I supply my own fixtures or finishes?
Yes. If you have preferred tiles, sanitaryware, kitchens or ironmongery, we can price for supply-and-fit or install items you have already purchased. We just need full specifications and lead times before work starts.
Do you handle waste, scaffolding and site protection?
Yes. Waste removal, temporary works, scaffolding and site protection are included in our quotes unless you specifically ask to arrange them yourself.
Is your work guaranteed?
All workmanship is backed by a 10-year structural warranty and a 2-year finishes warranty. Manufacturer guarantees on products are passed on to you in full.
Are you insured?
We carry full public and employer's liability insurance, and all projects are covered by contract works insurance. Certificates are available on request.
How do I get a quote?
Start with the contact form or a phone call. We arrange a free site visit, take measurements, discuss your brief and budget, then send a detailed written quotation within 5 working days.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Initial site visits and written estimates are free and carry no obligation.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Most projects are booked 4–8 weeks in advance. If you have a deadline, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
What happens after I accept the quote?
We confirm start dates, produce a programme, set up a dedicated project channel and prepare the site. You will receive a contract, payment schedule and insurance documentation before work begins.
